Multiple Accounts
Only one account per household is permitted. In special circumstances players
can have more than one account per household subject to approval of iBingo. Players
opening more than one account without authorization are subject to having
their accounts closed, balances frozen and withdrawal requests denied.
Chat
We expect people to conduct themselves in our chat rooms with courtesy towards others.

E-mail addresses
We need your e-mail address and we will use it when we send out our newsletters from time to time. We will never give it to anyone else.
You can choose not to get e-mail from us by selecting that option on the sign-up or
any time later
Aliases
You have to have one and we will post it whenever you win something.
Aliases that are obscene or offensive are not allowed and will be changed by iBingo
when found.
Malfunctions
In the event of a system malfunction all bets are void.
Disputes
These will happen. In the event of a dispute, we will try to determine what has taken place but in the end, our game
and accounting records will be used to make a final decision. If the account is locked, all funds will be frozen.
Game performance
We endeavor to make the game available all day, every day. We also strive to make it function as designed at all times.
The reality of the Internet is that we cannot provide that level of service.
There will be times when the game is unavailable. On other occasions,
the game will be running
but you may not be able to get in or you may get into a later game.
This is a part of the game and must be accepted as such.
Bonus Dollars
Bonus dollars given on deposits or via chat games will expire if your account has been inactive (no pay game activity)
for one year.
Gallery Pictures
By submitting a picture to our gallery, you are authorizing iBingo and it's affiliates to use it for promotional purposes on our website or other media, including but not limited to bulk email, but never spam email. You can withdraw your picture at any time and we will discontinue using it.
